Frequently asked questions
Do prices include VAT?
Prices shown exclude VAT by default. Toggle 'Show prices with VAT' to see VAT-inclusive amounts. UK customers pay 20% VAT; EU customers may be charged local VAT rates or qualify for reverse charge on valid VAT IDs. Final amounts are confirmed at checkout.
Can I switch from monthly to annual mid-cycle?
Yes. Switching to annual applies immediately with mid-cycle proration — you receive credit for the unused portion of your monthly period. Switching back to monthly is scheduled to take effect at your next renewal date.
What is the Enrichment floor?
The minimum monthly Enrichment charge is $99, regardless of how many prospects you enrich. This covers infrastructure costs. The floor applies even if you enrich fewer prospects than the first band.
Are Signal Packs recurring?
No. Signal Packs are one-time purchases. Career Signals, Technographics, and Hiring Signals are sold as credit packs — you buy a pack and spend the credits across your campaigns.
What happens if I exceed 10,000 enrichments?
Above 10,000 enrichments per month, pricing is custom. Use the 'Contact sales' link in the calculator to get a tailored quote.
What is Light tier enrichment?
Light tier runs a deliverability check (equivalent to Reoon or ZeroBounce) plus basic company data. It does not include full pipeline enrichment. It is the lowest-cost option when deliverability validation is your primary goal.
