Do prices include VAT?
Prices shown are the final prices — we don't currently add VAT. Any applicable taxes are confirmed at checkout.
Can I switch from monthly to annual mid-cycle?
Yes. Switching to annual applies immediately with mid-cycle proration — you receive credit for the unused portion of your monthly period. Switching back to monthly is scheduled to take effect at your next renewal date.
Is there a minimum Enrichment charge?
No. Enrichment is fully metered — you pay only for the prospects you enrich, at $0.10 (Light), $0.20 (Standard), or $0.40 (Deep) per prospect. There is no monthly minimum. Set a monthly spend cap in Settings to avoid surprises.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is one user who can compose campaigns in Pattern Studio and Kat. Starter includes 1 seat, Pro up to 5, and Studio unlimited. You can add or remove seats at any time; billing prorates.
How do I get premium signals (technographics, hiring, intent)?
Premium signal sources are included on Pro and Studio plans and surface through Deep enrichment — you don't buy them separately. Starter uses standard signal sources.
What happens if I exceed 10,000 enrichments?
Above 10,000 enrichments per month, pricing is custom. Use the 'Contact sales' link in the calculator to get a tailored quote.
